3. No Financial or Legal Advice

  • Information Only: The data, risk scores, and forensic reports provided by Bholder are for informational purposes only.

  • Not Advice: Bholder does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial or legal decisions based on the data provided by our Service.

  • Risk Assumption: You acknowledge that digital asset markets are highly volatile and that forensic data is subject to the limitations of on-chain transparency.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All content, logos, trademarks, and proprietary forensic algorithms are the exclusive property of Bholder or its licensors.

  • User Content: Any reports generated for you remain your property for use in your private investigations; however, the template and analytical logic used to generate them remain the property of Bholder.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bholder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or assets, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

We provide the Service “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
